My sister made these sinful layer bars recently and holy crap they could not be more amazing. A cookie base, then oreos, and finally a layer of moist brownie on top. I MEAN HELLO?? You having chest pain yet?
I don't know the exact steps Madeline did to create these things but if you take your favorite recipe for both a chocolate chip cookie and brownie and line the middle with Oreos you'll be good to go.
And all be damned, America's favorite cookie is vegan!
