Tiramisu

 I have never been a big fan of Tiramisu, but this recipe is just heavenly. This is an eat-out-of-the-pan kinda thing, it's just that good. Sure, it's not that attractive, but no one will care once they try a bite. 
Tiramisu by definition is ladyfingers dipped in coffee and liquor, and layered with a whipped egg yolk and mascarpone mixture, with cocoa powder sprinkled on top. Hmm, no thanks. 

This version is delicious! With layers of vanilla cake soaked in espresso and vegan cream cheese frosting sprinkled with cinnamon and cocoa powder, you can't go wrong!
